Referral Program Terms

1. The Program

Tarnwick LLC ("Tarnwick") gives members of Appraiser Guru a referral link and code. There is nothing to join.

2. Give $50

An appraiser who creates an account through your link or code gets a $50 credit, applied to their first Appraiser Guru bill.

3. Get $50

When that appraiser has paid Tarnwick $100 in total, on any plan, you get a $50 credit. Taxes and credits do not count toward the $100.

4. Credits

Credits are applied automatically to your Appraiser Guru bills until used. They are not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and are never paid out as money. There is no limit on how many appraisers you refer or how many credits you earn.

5. Who Counts

A referral counts only for a different licensed appraiser, identified by license state and number, who pays with a different payment card from yours. You cannot refer yourself or another account of your own. Each appraiser license can earn a referral credit once. Tarnwick may withhold or reverse a credit where a referral was not arm's-length or broke these Terms. If the referred appraiser's payments are refunded or charged back so that their total paid falls below $100, the unused part of the referrer's credit is removed; credit already applied to a paid bill is not taken back. If their total paid later reaches $100 again, the removed credit is restored. Tarnwick may flag accounts involved in a chargeback for review.

6. Ambassadors

Members with 25 or more qualified referrals may be invited to a separate Ambassador program on its own terms. Invitation is at Tarnwick's discretion.

7. Conduct

No spam, no misleading claims, no paid ads using your code without written approval, no fake accounts. When you share your link you must say that you receive a credit (FTC disclosure).

8. Changes

Tarnwick may change or end the Program with 30 days' notice. Credits already earned are honored.

9. Law
