Common Questions About Appraiser Guru Pricing

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime, and your service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There are no partial refunds.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You own your data. You can export each of your reports, at no charge, as its export package: the UAD 3.6 MISMO XML file and the PDF report, with the report’s images, as a ZIP file. After cancellation, you have 90 days to export before we delete your data.

What's the difference between plans?

Nothing feature-wise — every plan includes everything. The only difference is how you pay: $2.95 per report, never more than $59 a month, or $600 a year for unlimited reports.

Which reports count?

Full appraisals. Restricted Appraisal Updates and Completion Reports are always free and never count, on every plan, including toward your 10 free reports.

What if I have multiple appraisers in my firm?
