1. Ask the Appraiser Guru

The Appraiser Guru is the assistant built into the app. It can see the report you are working on and walk you through what is missing, how a section works, or what a field means — and when something is wrong, it sends the problem straight to our support team with what is on your screen.

Already in the app? Click Ask Guru at the bottom right, or press Ctrl+K.

2. Report a bug or send feedback

Tell the Appraiser Guru what went wrong. It asks at most two questions, attaches your screenshots and sends it to our support team; the reply comes back to your Messages.
